- Compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- Obtaining any required permits, licenses, permissions, or insurance
- Ensuring the safety, security, and suitability of any event you organize
- Respecting the rights, privacy, and safety of other users
4. Assumption of Risk
You understand that interacting with other users and attending events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or criminal acts.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the Service and attending or organizing events, whether known or unknown.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any injury, loss, damage, death, or harm arising from any event or interaction
- Disputes, claims, or conflicts between users
- Actions or omissions of event organizers or attendees
- Cancellations, changes, or inaccuracies related to events
- User-generated content or communications
- Unauthorized access to accounts or data
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind.
6. No Endorsement or Verification
The Service Provider does not verify the identity, background, qualifications, or intentions of users.
The presence of a group or event on the Service does not constitute endorsement, approval, or recommendation.
7. User-Generated Content & Section 230
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant the Service Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for operating the Service.
The Service Provider is not responsible for user-generated content and is protected under Section 230 of the U.S. Communications Decency Act, to the extent applicable.
8. Content Standards
You represent and warrant that your content:
- Is lawful and accurate
- Does not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Is not defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, or fraudulent
- Does not promote illegal or dangerous activities
9. Content Moderation
The Service Provider may, but is not obligated to:
- Review, monitor, or remove content
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Take actions to protect the Service or users
Failure to remove content does not constitute endorsement or liability.
10. Prohibited Activities
